Personality Disorder

Personality disorders is a form mental disorder, personality disorder refers to a long-term pattern of thinking behaviour and emotion that is extreme and inflexible. It causes distress and makes it difficult to function in everyday life.
People with personality disorders find it hard to change their behaviour or adapt to different situations, they may have trouble sustaining work or forming positive relationships with others and also find it hard to interact with the society.
People with personality disorders also have high rates of coexisting mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety and substance abuse.
Understanding this disease is very important so as to be able to know the type of help to seek.
People that are prone to personality disorders are people with higher rates of childhood abuse, family breakup, trauma or neglect and aslo complex interaction between negative early life experiences and genetic factors.
Personality disorder is hard to deal with alone, why not talk to a doctor or mental health professionals today and let them help you out. Remember suicide is not the best option.
