Education in which ever way is the key to success,
Schooling is the ladder towards attaining degrees,
Degree at its best form can get one a well paid job,
Education will enable you compete and equip you in creating jobs.

No state can grow when education is in shambles,
We can not continue to give embark on extensive reading without prudence to knowledge,
Problem solvers need to be molded,
Instead we churn out those that will add to the existing problems.

Change can only begin at the lowest level,
Double standard still strives in our citadel of learning,
Grade buyers becomes contract and vote buyers,
Cheats becomes thieves.

Factional politics and campaign of calumny is in vogue among students,
Embezzlement and fraud clouds student’s administrations,
Religion and tribalism dictates political loyalty,
Leaders of tomorrow are intoxicated with the little positions they currently hold.

For how long are we going to continue with archaic curriculums,
Shortage of facilities that ease learning process,
Lack of conducive environment for learning and teaching,
One disciplinary approach to solving compound problems.
